Karoo Ridge River Lodge
The Karoo Ridge River Lodge is tucked away in a scenic valley. Perfect for families travelling together or families with smaller children. It can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a sandpit, plunge pool, trampoline and toy box for the little ones to keep busy. Pets are welcome.

Karoo Ridge Mountain Lodge
The Karoo Mountain Lodge is high up in the foothills of the mountains with beautiful Karoo scenery all around. This lodge is suitable for small families with older children or couples. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. There is a plunge pool. Regret no pets allowed.

Other
Both lodges have braai facilities as well as bomas where you can sit around the fire and enjoy the silence of the wilderness and admire the star-studded night sky above. All living areas are open plan opening up onto big verandas to maximise outside living. All bookings are exclusive so you can enjoy your privacy.

For those who need to work remotely our accommodation is WIFI and mobile signal free but we have created a private office space near the main homestead where you have access to WIFI at all hours.

Activities
For those who wish to be less active the position of the eco lodges is perfect for those who just want to read a book or watch the birds and game go past. For the more energetic, make use of our guided activities which include nature walks, botanical walks, birding walks, hiking or conservancy tours or get stuck in with mustering cattle, tagging calves or even help with alien vegetation clearing or erosion control.
Our resident Nature conservation students and interns are always available to show you what they are up to.
There are self-guided walks and drives for those who wish to go it alone.
A 110 Land Rover is also available to hire for guests with low clearance vehicles and who wish to have freedom of the property.
