Built in 1905, the farm has a rich history filled with myth and local legend; passed from mother to daughter, father to son. A long stretch of dusty road, unfurls farmland before you, with a landscape of lush greens and warm desert hues in the shadow of the slumbering mountain. A leaping herd of springbok, birds of every colour, or a single earnest tortoise making its way into the thickets.

The interior is decorated with traditional Karoo charm and a generous touch of modern eccentricity. It is peppered with relics of times past, animal skin rugs and plush furniture. A fine art collection and photographs including many by Stephen Inggs which so perfectly reveal the surrounding landscape and treasured finds adorn the white washed walls. A laden bookcase invites one to curl up on the couch, or recline on the generous porch beneath a setting sun. The home offers a nostalgic atmosphere of old farm magic, custom and comfort.
