Rusoord Cottages – A True Karoo Farm Stay for the Whole Family

Discover the heart of the Karoo at Rusoord Cottages, where open spaces, farm life, and genuine hospitality come together for a memorable family getaway. Here, life slows down, children have space to play and explore safely, and every sunset feels special.

Our cottages combine authentic farm-style charm with all the comforts you need. Cozy interiors, simple finishes, and inviting spaces make it easy for families to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together. Whether it’s sharing a meal, warming up by the fire, or unwinding after a day outside, Rusoord feels like home.

There’s plenty to do on the farm. Kids can roam the veld and spot animals, while adults enjoy peaceful walks, fresh air, and uninterrupted views of the Karoo. Evenings are best spent on the stoep, under star-filled skies, with the gentle sounds of nature all around.

Rusoord Cottages is a place to step away from the everyday, embrace the simplicity of farm life, and make memories that last.
